At Eleven & Co., each jewelry piece is chosen with love and prepared with care. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds.


Exceptions – Damaged or incorrect items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist you.

To process your claim, please email elevenandco1011@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Brief explanation of the issue

If approved, we’ll send you a replacement or a store credit.
